Job Description and Requirements

1. Manage internal researchers, visiting lectures and resources to continuously build a more credible, most up to date and wide range of programs to offer our clients
2. Together with the program and marketing team, create and deliver programs, workshops and lectures on relational topics according to marketing strategies.
3. Work with the program and marketing team to select topics, engage partners and plan events calendar
4. Deliver regular reports and feedback on clients experience, clients needs, attendance rates etc. to the centre manager and the Marketing and Programming team
5. Active involvement with the Mind & Body and Relations to integrate programs, workshops and talks to co-create new and unique topics for the community as per need of the community
6. Create and deliver internal workshops and talks for staff to introduce Body works scope
7. Attend cross training by other practitioners at the centre
8. Assist Sales and Marketing team to promote events and products at the centre or other Octave properties
9. Provide treatment services to clients
10. Actively seek out and engage the wellness community
11. Recruit interested parties to attend professional training courses
12. Recruit facilitators from workshops and training programs for other workshops and events
13. Actively sourcing and connecting with potential outside speakers and resources to keep our programs updated
14. Work with operating team to ensure smooth running of the entire centre operations
Requirements:
1. Certified physiotherapist
2. English, preferably with some Chinese understanding
