Physiotherapy Admin
Positions available are Part-time (15- 20 hours a week) and Full-time (35-40 hours per week) Monday-Friday, Saturdays (2 times per month).
Mandatory Requirements: Candidate must be willing to work morning/evenings (Shifts from 9:30- 6:00 PM + closing shifts 11:00- 8:00 PM) and Saturdays (2 times per month).
Requirements: 1 year experience in a rehab clinic. Candidate MUST have knowledge in some or all of the following: MVA/ EHC/ WSIB/ HCAI/ UNIVERSAL/ SABS/ TELUS HEALTH PORTAL

Role and Expectations:
- Knowledge of Universal
- Must have working knowledge of OCF MVA forms and/or EHC/WSIB
- Fluent English with impressive customer service and business attire
- Must be efficient and work with minimum direction
- Must create/submit invoices for billing purposes
- Maintain patient files
- Making appointment, confirming and following up with clients
- Inputting payments in accordance with guidelines and procedures
