Healthcare Coordinator- Physio and Massage Clinic
Administration/Healthcare Coordinator — Multi-Disciplinary Clinic — Deep Cove and Brooksbank
Compensation: 14
North Shore Sports Medicine, an award winning Multi-Disciplinary Clinic, has a 25-40 hour a week (including Saturdays) position transitioning to Full Time in September position available for a Medical Office Assistant/Healthcare Coordinator.
Includes 1 week of paid training, and the position will become full time in September for the right candidate.
General position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
– Appointment scheduling.
– Filing.
– Maintaining accurate billings including Teleplan, 3rd parties & private patients.
– Daily reporting & cash balancing.
– Preparing general correspondence.
– Maintaining treatment areas including cleaning treatment rooms, equipment & laundry.
Essential Qualifications:
– High level of organizational ability, time management & multi-tasking skills.
– Excellent communication with a good command of the English language, both written & verbal.
– Superior customer service skills.
These additional skills will be considered an asset:
– Intermediate computer skills, specifically with MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
– Prior clinical setting experience.
– Familiarity with clinic specific software, Clinic Master.
