GVH’s quickly growing home care division is in need of a full-time PT. Candidate needs to assess home care patients of the adult and geriatric range who have hip/knee replacements, fractures or deconditioning. Provides therapy and sets rehabilitative goals with patient and families. Candidate must be resourceful and an independent worker who can adapt well to any situation.
Requirements:
- Must provide own transportation and proof of registration/inspection.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Physical Therapy and current PA license for Physical Therapy.
- Must have one to two years of experience in Physical Therapy, either inpatient or outpatient.
- Home care experience a plus!
