Position:  Physiotherapist
Dept:  Pulmonary Rehabilitation – Out Patient Medicine
Site:  Credit Valley Hospital
Qualifications:

• Baccalaureate degree required
• Current certification of competence from the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario is required
• Current BCLS required
• Minimum of 2 years acute care medical/surgical experience required
• Current certification as a Certified Respiratory Educator (CRE) preferred
• TEACH certification preferred
• ADP authorization preferred
• Experience with chronic disease management and prevention
• Demonstrated ability to provide patient/family centered care
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, prioritization and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of an interdisciplinary team
• Evidence of ongoing, current professional development
• Computer literate: Meditech, Word, Excel and Outlook
