Cardiac Exercise Specialist

Fraser Health currently has exciting casual opportunities as a Cardiac Exercise Specialist at Abbotsford Regional Hospital and Cancer Centre in Abbotsford, BC.

This position will allow you to:
• Assists participants to attain recommended fitness and lifestyle goals
• Develops and implements their exercise prescription in consultation with the team
• Leads group exercise activities
• Participates in lifestyle and fitness counselling

The successful applicant will have:
• Bachelor Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Physical Education, Sports Medicine or Physiology
• Two years’ recent related clinical experience in a cardiac rehabilitation environment
• Certification with American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM)
• Eligible for registration with the Canadian Association of Cardiac Rehabilitation
