Responsible for evaluating the physical therapy needs of assigned patients, for formulating and implementing treatment programs, and for monitoring patient progress.

• Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from a CAPTE-certified program and completion of clinical rotations required.
• Must hold a PA license (or eligibility) in physical therapy.
• Acute care experience preferred.
