DEPARTMENT: Outpatient Therapies
SHIFT: 8HOUR, Day
HRS PER PAY PERIOD: 64

Provide physical therapy services to adults and geriatric patients including evaluations, planning treatment programs and goals, rendering patient treatments according to the practice and standards of the American Physical Therapy Association, and discharge planning. Provide effective, efficient, and quality care. Perform other duties as directed by supervisor. Applies Dignity Health Core Values to the performance of every job duty. Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in Acute Rehab and/or outpatient neurological physical therapy working with patients with neurological diagnoses including CVA, TBI, Parkinson’s Disease, MS, SCI, etc. California PT License and American Heart BLS.
Excellent interpersonal skills for functioning in a team environment.
