*Where you work matters! Swedish Medical Center is looking for a 0.9 FTE Physical Therapist to work Days at Swedish First Hill in Seattle, WA. *
The physical therapist (PT) delivers and supervises others in the delivery of therapy services. Services are delivered within the framework of a team approach, appropriate disciplines, significant others, and the patient. These services are delivered in compliance with ethical standards, policies and procedures, national and professional standards, state practice acts for physical therapists, and current accepted state of the art practice.
In this position you will:
- Evaluate and develop individual treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes
- Implement treatment program
- Reassess treatment results and discharging planning
Required qualifications for this position include:
- Graduate from an accredited program of Physical Therapy
- Washington state physical therapy license, interim permit, or temporary permit
Preferred qualifications for this postion include:
- Experience working with orthopedic and medical/surgical patients

The 697-bed tertiary-care center on the Swedish/First Hill campus is the flagship of the Swedish health-care system. Swedish/First Hill has one of the most active and advanced birthing programs in Washington state and houses a Level III neonatal intensive-care unit. More surgeries are performed each year at Swedish/First Hill than at any other facility in the region; volumes include more total joint replacements than any other medical center in the state.
