Physiotherapist for Ancaster Clinic
Total Health Physio is looking for a part time physiotherapist to join our clinic. We currently have an opening for coverage on tuesday and thursday afternoons and saturdays.
We are a physiotherapist owned multi-disciplinary clinic that includes 5 physiotherapists, 1 chiropractor, 2 registered massage therapists and a chiropodist. The clinic focuses on manual therapy. We provide treatment for private clients, WSIB and MVA clients.
We are looking for experienced therapists or new-grads. We offer mentor-ship with manual therapy skills. We currently have an FCAMPT physiotherapist available for mentorship.
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments
Formulate client centered goalsImplement treatment programs that include manual therapy, therapeutic modalities, progressive exercise programs and patient education
Advocate further diagnostic testing when necessary
Function in a multi-disciplinary team approach
Qualifications:
Superior interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for helping clients achieve their full potential
Graduate of an accredited School of Physiotherapy
Able to work independently and as a part of a team
Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
Basic computer knowledge
