Physiotherapist – OR1
Lifemark Hazelwood Physiotherapy has been providing service in the Surrey neighborhood of Fleetwood since 1993. Our staff are dedicated to providing innovative and customized physiotherapy services. In addition to our core physiotherapy and rehab services, our therapists treat vestibular conditions: dizziness, positional vertigo, post-concussion, traumatic brain injury, vestibular neuritis or labrynthitis and balance problems.
We are currently looking for a dedicated Occupational Rehabilitation 1 therapist to join our team! OR1 is a structured, active rehab program providing physical and functional conditioning to help an individual return to work. This may include job site visits and allow for a personalized, graduated return to work plan.
Key accountabilities include:
Performing clinical assessments and implementing treatment plans for clients
Providing ongoing evaluation of client progress
Administering and collecting outcome measurement information
Participating in quality improvement initiatives
Communicating to appropriate referral sources and stakeholders
Engaging in continuous learning and skills development
You will need to be:
A graduate of a recognized university Physiotherapy degree program
Registered with the Provincial College of Physiotherapists
Preferably experienced within a private clinic setting
Experienced with the OR1 concept/return to work planning
The completion of advanced orthopedic courses is a strong asset.
