We currently have a great opportunity for a Physical Therapist to join the Physio Team.

Job Summary: In this position you will create a meaningful rehab experience for our patients through providing the highest level quality clinical care and customer service while utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and the latest technology including hand-held wireless devices for electronic health records. You will review physician’s referrals and patient’s medical records to help determine diagnosis and physical therapy treatment required. This position plans, prepares and performs individually designed treatment programs to maintain, improve and/or restore physical functioning, alleviate pain and/or prevent physical dysfunction in patients. You will identify and document goals, anticipated progress and plans for re-evaluation while evaluating the effectiveness of treatment at various stages and adjusting treatment to achieve maximum benefit.
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from a college or university accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE). Must have a current state license as a Physical Therapist or be eligible for licensure.
Experience Requirements: Two years of previous job-related experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience, with prior clinical experience required. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with good interpersonal skills allowing them to build professional relationships with the entire patient care team. This position requires an understanding of clinical documentation requirements utilizing electronic health records for Medicare and other payors in accordance with guidelines established by Medicare, Medicaid, other payors and the APTA. A strong understanding of all state, federal and local regulations pertaining to outpatient rehabilitation is required.
