Rehab-Physio Office Administrator
Duties and responsibilities:
+ Answer incoming calls in a prompt and professional manner
+ Schedule appointments
+ Train Receptionists, Office Assistants and Providers to use Universal Office to;
- Schedule appointments
- Add new patients and open patient cases
- Create Invoices and Record Payments
- Complete MVA, EHC and WSIB claim forms
- Create and track Treatment Plans
- Submit documents to HCAI and TELUS Health
- Maintain organized and up-to-date patient files
Skills:
+ Extensive knowledge of Universal Office is a MUST
+ Must possess outstanding organizational skills and be able to multitask
+ 2 or more years of experience in Physical Rehabilitation Clinics
+ Must be fluent in written and spoken English
+ Excellent customer service skills
+ Fast learner
