Rehab-Physio Office Administrator

Duties and responsibilities:
+ Answer incoming calls in a prompt and professional manner
+ Schedule appointments
+ Train Receptionists, Office Assistants and Providers to use Universal Office to;

  • Schedule appointments
  • Add new patients and open patient cases
  • Create Invoices and Record Payments
  • Complete MVA, EHC and WSIB claim forms
  • Create and track Treatment Plans
  • Submit documents to HCAI and TELUS Health
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date patient files

Skills:
+ Extensive knowledge of Universal Office is a MUST
+ Must possess outstanding organizational skills and be able to multitask
+ 2 or more years of experience in Physical Rehabilitation Clinics
+ Must be fluent in written and spoken English
+ Excellent customer service skills
+ Fast learner

Salary:
Hourly rate $15 – $20 (based on skills and experience)
