Consults, evaluates and provides professional physical and rehabilitative therapy to patients of all ages in their homes as prescribed by the physician. Treatments are carried out to restore function, prevent disability and/or decrease pain. The Physical Therapist is responsible for maintaining high standards for care as established by the profession and according to their level of knowledge and experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 5 years recent clinical Physical Therapy experience, at least one in Home Care.
- Must be extremely organized, flexible and able to work in a multidisciplinary, collaborative environment.
- Must have excellent computer skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university; Master’s degree preferred.
- Professional PT licensure in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- Current, valid driver’s licensure and automobile insurance.
- CPR certification.
- Knowledgeable of the Professional Standards of Practice.
- Strong communication, organizational and clinical skills.
